Ms. Biderman has appeared in court hundreds of times on behalf of her clients, at the Virginia General District and Circuit Courts, the Virginia Court of Appeals, the Virginia Supreme Court, the D.C. Superior Court, the D.C. Court of Appeals, and the Virginia and D.C. federal courts (trial and appellate). She fights for her clients from pre-arrest all the way up to and through appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Ms. Biderman has represented hundreds of clients, charged with crimes ranging from misdemeanors such as simple assault and trespass to serious felonies such as murder, rape and drug charges. Ms. Biderman fights hard and successfully to zealously protect her clients' rights. 

A proven and successful trial lawyer, Ms. Biderman is on the court-appointed lists for criminal trials in Fairfax County and Alexandria City, and the court-appointed list for criminal appeals in the District of Columbia, the Circuit Court for the District of Columbia, and the Fourth Circuit. In the past, she has also been on the court-appointed lists for criminal trials in the District of Columbia.

*Not guilty after jury trial for robbery and gang participation

*Successful plea after sex crimes charge, so that client has no conviction

*Successfully appealed conviction for assault so that conviction was overturned
